David Keaton is the visionary behind FFGI and the architect of its decentralized film funding model. A licensed CPA and fintech innovator, David is known for creating the world’s first transaction-based factoring system, helping small businesses access capital through invoice-backed financing. His award-winning work has guided over $1B in institutional and private capital deployments.
With more than 35 years in commercial finance, venture investment, and software IP development, David has founded and exited multiple fintech ventures—including eRevenue and Millennia—while advising banks, funds, and entrepreneurs across the U.S. and abroad.
At FFGI, David leads governance design, treasury strategy, and the legal infrastructure that powers a new era of transparent, on-chain creative financing.
Samara Keaton

Samara Keaton is FFGI’s operations mastermind and the co-creator of the patented technology behind transaction-based factoring. With a deep background in healthcare revenue cycle management and cash flow architecture, she helped build and scale Millennia Patient Services, a national leader in medical receivables engagement.
Over her 25+ year career, Samara has specialized in designing scalable systems for finance, compliance, and client success—always focused on transparency, efficiency, and trust.
At FFGI, she oversees token operations, KYC infrastructure, milestone-based capital release systems, and all day-to-day mechanics behind a compliant blockchain-powered ecosystem.
Michael Dallas
Development Manager

Michael Dallas is a seasoned systems engineer and data integration expert with over 15 years of experience solving high-stakes technical challenges across healthcare, finance, and enterprise automation. As Development Manager at FFGI, Michael leads smart contract architecture, blockchain deployment, and system integration for the FFGI ecosystem.
Michael’s track record includes developing patented predictive analytics tools for accounts receivable forecasting, integrating with over 300+ medical platforms, and building automated infrastructure that scaled operations for multimillion-dollar enterprises. He previously served as CIO of Millennia Patient Services, where his custom ETL systems processed over $40M in patient receivables weekly.
At FFGI, he applies his deep expertise in automation, API design, and security protocols to streamline token deployment, enforce milestone-based funding, and support on-chain intellectual property mechanisms. Michael ensures that the FFG technical stack is both innovative and resilient—bridging legacy systems with Web3-native solutions.
Robert Jorgensen

Robert Jorgensen brings nearly three decades of leadership experience across the corporate, entrepreneurial, and innovation sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Finance and Operations Research from UC Berkeley.
Throughout his 28-year corporate career, Robert directed product development, research, and business units for major organizations including Procter & Gamble, Seven-Up (under Philip Morris ownership), DNA Plant Technology, and Arm & Hammer. Following his corporate tenure, he successfully operated his own consulting business for 14 years, providing business development, technical advisory, and executive support for a variety of startups and mid-sized companies.
His multidisciplinary expertise and strategic insight make him an invaluable addition to the FFGI leadership team as the organization accelerates its next phase of growth.
